Four ways to get it there

How would you like your timber?

Available options depend on your order and address. You’ll see what’s available at checkout.

You take it from here

Collect from a local freight depot

Choose collection from the available Mainfreight or partner depot offered at checkout. You’ll see the depot location, collection hours and estimated transit time where available.

Good to know: Wait for confirmation that your freight is ready to collect. Bring a suitable vehicle or trailer, load restraints and your consignment details, and collect within the period advised by the carrier.

Free warehouse pickup

Coffs Harbour Warehouse

Local to us? Collect your eligible order directly from our Coffs Harbour Warehouse.

Good to know: Pickup is by arrangement, Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, excluding NSW public holidays. Wait for our ready-to-collect confirmation before heading over.

Ready for the job

To your business or site

Have your timber delivered to a suitable workplace or building site, ready for the next stage of your project.

Good to know: A forklift or other suitable unloading equipment is likely to be required. Arrange someone to receive and safely unload the order, and let us know your site hours and access details.

Crane unloading included

To your home

Bring your project home with residential freight delivery. A HIAB—a truck-mounted crane—unloads your timber at the kerbside.

Good to know: Kerbside delivery means unloading at the kerb, rather than carrying packs inside your home. We may contact you before dispatch to confirm safe access and arrangements. Please have someone available to receive your order.

  2. 02

    We prepare your timber

We get your order ready and confirm access or unloading arrangements with you where needed.

    Follow its journey

Once dispatched, we email your available tracking details. Tracking can take a little time to become active.

In stock? We aim to dispatch eligible freight orders the same weekday where possible. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

Ordering incoming stock? Look for the approximate dispatch date before purchase where available. Your complete order normally travels together once all products are available.

Transit estimates are shown at checkout where available, in business days. Dates are estimates, so allow a little breathing room and wait until your timber has arrived and been checked before booking trades.

Ready, set, delivery

A little planning makes delivery easy.

Long timber packs need a little more room than your everyday parcel. These quick checks help everything run smoothly.

  • Tell us about access

Narrow roads, steep driveways or overhead obstructions? Let us know before dispatch.

  • Have a helping hand ready

Arrange someone to receive your order, plus suitable unloading equipment for business or site deliveries.

  • Collecting? Check your setup

Match your vehicle, trailer and load restraints to the length and weight of your timber packs.

  • Make room for your timber

Have a dry place ready to store your timber flat, supported and protected. Check the packs on arrival and contact us if anything needs attention.
